Ordering
- We accept Visa, Master Card, & Paypal. You may use your credit card on our secure on-line website.
- 19% VAT is added for orders placed from the UK or the European Union.
Shipping
- All orders ship direct from the manufacturer.
- Free shipping on all orders
- Shipping time is approximately 5-9 business days.
- Sometimes an item is out of stock at the manufacturer's warehouse. If this is the case, you will be informed of this as soon as we have been contacted by the manufacturer.
Taking the hassle off trucking deliveries.
- Some items including large and heavy equipment must be shipped by truck to an commercial address.
- These items must normally be shipped via a freight carrier (truck) to your location.
- We will ship to a commercial address, which usually describes an address in a commercial zone, with a loading dock, open Monday thru Friday during normal business hours.
- You can use any alternate commercial address such as a work address etc.
Pick-up at terminal.
- If you can't secure a commercial address for your delivery, our experienced staff will arrange a pick-up by at a terminal closest to your location.
- Trucking terminals are open long hours and you can get your equipment before a commercial delivery which would deliver the following business day.
- Please note you must bring proper identification to the terminal.
Product Inspections for items shipped via freight carrier
- It is your responsibility to report at the time of delivery that the product has been damaged during shipping.
- If there is any damage you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. A signature is required upon delivery.
Return and Exchange
- Product warranties are covered by manufacturers through a certified service center.
- Our policy is and has always been to satisfy every customer, if you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, you may return it, within 30 days, with a copy of the invoice/packing slip for refund or credit.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charge on returned items. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. This does not include items with a manufacturer defect or items damaged in shipping
- 1. All returns must have a return authorization number. Please email us prior to returning any item. Return Authorization numbers are only valid for 10 business days.
- 2. Notifiy us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment of any damaged or defective merchandise.
- 3. Items returned for other than damage or defect must be in saleable condition in the original packaging.
- 4. Special order items can not be returned.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
- Prices are subject to change without notice and limited to stock on hand.
